A POLICE sergeant had phone sex with a trainee, a misconduct panel heard — one of three he targeted with flirty texts.
The pair exchanged sexual messages and images before engaging in a sex act at his home.

The veteran, with 20 years’ experience, kissed another trainee in his garage, where they were almost caught by his son.
He swapped numbers with a third and sent her flirty messages.
One of his targets was considered vulnerable as she had claimed to be a victim of domestic abuse.
The sergeant would have been sacked for gross misconduct had he not resigned from Dorset Police in August last year, the panel concluded.
Publication of his name was banned to protect his family’s welfare.
Deputy Chief Con Sam de Reya said: “The relationships were unprofessional, improper and an abuse of his position.”
